Trailer and truck spare parts, supplied from Balikpapan

Factory Delta Anugrah supplies spare parts for trailers and trucks from Balikpapan. We carry parts from BPW, JOST, VBG, York, TEC, Ringfeder, WABCO, Bendix and PZB, and we can source other brands on request.

If you run a fleet in mining, plantation or logistics, you know what one worn part costs. A trailer parked in the yard because of a brake valve or a coupling stops earning, and the part is a fraction of that loss. This page explains what we supply, how to identify the part you need, and how to ask us for a quotation.

What we supply

Axles and suspension. BPW axle and suspension assemblies for semi-trailers and heavy trailers, including the parts that wear first: brake components, hubs and air suspension.

Fifth wheels. JOST fifth wheels for semi-trailer tractors, with wear and repair parts. The fifth wheel holds the kingpin of the trailer, so the model has to match the tractor and the kingpin size.

Towing couplings. VBG and Ringfeder couplings for tractors and heavy trailers. The coupling carries the pulling and braking load between vehicles, so we always confirm the exact model before quoting.

Brakes. York brake assemblies, plus WABCO and Bendix air brake valves for truck and trailer circuits.

Pumps for tipping trailers. PZB hydraulic pumps. See the hydraulic pumps and valves page and the tipping systems page.

Which parts wear out first

Trailers work hard and many of them work loaded in both directions. These are the parts that most often need replacing:

  • Brake linings, drums and actuators. Heat and load wear them down. Uneven wear between axles is a sign to check the actuator and the slack adjustment.
  • Air brake valves. Relay and control valves can leak or stick after years of dust and moisture in the air lines. A slow brake release is a common symptom.
  • Air suspension bellows and bushings. Cracks, leaks and worn bushings show up as sagging, tyre scrub or a trailer that sits unevenly.
  • Fifth wheel and coupling wear parts. Wear plates, locking parts and bushings loosen over time. A coupling with excess play should be inspected before the next trip.

If you see any of these signs, send us the details. We can often match the part from a clear photo.

How to identify the part you need

A correct quotation needs a correct part. Send us as many of these as you have:

  1. The part number stamped or printed on the old part.
  2. The brand and model of the trailer or truck, and the year.
  3. The chassis or serial number.
  4. Two or three photos, including any nameplate.
  5. The quantity you want.

If the old part is worn and the number is unreadable, a photo plus the vehicle model is usually enough for our team to match it. Dimensions help too: for a coupling, the eye or kingpin size; for a valve, the port layout and the pressure rating.
