    Piston rod

    40Cr steel, chrome plated and heat treated to HRC60. Polished in two passes to Ra 0.4, which cuts friction and extends service life.

  2. 02

    Tube

    25Mn cold drawn tube. The bore is roller finished and then machined on CNC equipment to hold roughness and hardness.

  3. 03

    Seal kits

    NOK, Hallite and other international brands. Working temperature from −20 °C to 130 °C.

  4. 04

    Welding

    Panasonic robot welding with high-strength wire. Rod ends are friction welded and every weld is checked with ultrasonic flaw detection.

Automated from feeding to transmission.

The production line handles automatic feeding, operation control, cutting and transmission, so parts match from one batch to the next.
