Why match the part carefully
Many Volvo parts change between production years and between machine versions. A part that looks identical can have a different thread, port or length. For that reason we ask for the serial number as well as the model. With it, our team can match the part to the right machine version before quoting, which avoids returns and downtime.
What to tell us
- Machine type and model, for example wheel loader, excavator or truck.
- Serial number or chassis number.
- Part number, if you have it.
- Photos of the old part and its label.
- The quantity.
If you only have the machine details and no part number, send those. We can often identify the part from the diagram and the photos.
