Custom hydraulic cylinder
Custom cylinders built by HCIC for excavator arm, bucket and boom, and for loaders, pushdozers and earthmovers. The piston rod is 40Cr steel chrome plated to HRC60, the tube is 25Mn cold drawn, and welds are inspected by ultrasonic flaw detection.
- Excavator: 50 to 3000 mm, 70 to 350 bar
- Loader and dozer: 50 to 4000 mm, 70 to 260 bar
- Parker, Hallite or NOK seals
